Fox Hollow is a planned community, all homeowners must become a member of the homeowners' association (HOA). The Fox Hollow Homeowners Association governing documents are in the form of a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) and bylaws. The CC&R set out the rules for the Fox Hollow community. They describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve. and enhance property values for all Fox Hollow Homeowners. The bylaws. on the other hand, govern how the homeowner's association operates. They describe how the Fox Hollow Homeowners Association will conduct their business.
